Effect of combined treatment with benazepril and spironolactone on diabetic nephropathy and serum levels of IL-6, CRP and TNF-α

Purpose: To investigate the effect of adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) on survival rate long random pattern skin flaps in rats and likely underlying mechanism.
 Methods: Twenty (20) SPF-grade SD were randomly divided into control group study group, with 10 each group. Rats given phosphate buffered saline (PBS), while received ADSCs. The was compared between 2 groups day 7 after operation, levels indices related to oxidative stress inflammatory response 7th 14th days operation.
 Results: Necrosis milder (p < 0.05). On post-operation day, rat flap significantly higher than that 0.05), but MDA level lower decreased two a 0.05).
 Conclusion: ADSCs inhibit reduces transplantation rats, thereby enhancing blood supply area improving its rate. Thus, have potential clinical application transplantation.
